1/2 cup of granulated sugar
1/4 cup of brown sugar
1/2 cup of unsalted butter, softened
1 large egg
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 cup of chopped nuts or chocolate chips
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare the sweet potato.
In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth and fluffy.
