Ingredients
Scale
1 pound of ground beef
1 can (15 oz) of chili with beans
1 package (8 oz) of cream cheese, softened
2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon of taco seasoning
1 tablespoon of olive oil
4 large flour tortillas
Optional toppings: diced onions, jalapeños, sour cream, or guacamole
Instructions
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Once it's shimmering, add the ground beef and cook until browned and crumbly, about 5-7 minutes.
Sprinkle in the taco seasoning, and stir well to coat the beef.
Add the cream cheese to the skillet and mix until smooth with the beef.
Stir in the can of chili, mix well, and let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
Remove the skillet from heat and stir in 1 cup of shredded cheese.
Warm the tortillas for about 15 seconds in the microwave.
Lay a tortilla flat and spoon about 1/4 of the chili cheese mixture onto the center. Top with reserved cheese.
Fold the sides of the tortilla in, then roll it up tightly.
Repeat for remaining ingredients and place burritos seam-side down in a baking dish if desired.
Sprinkle remaining cheese on top, cover with foil, and bake at 375°F (190°C) for about 10 minutes.
