Ingredients

Scale
  • 20 jumbo pasta shells

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1 packet taco seasoning

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 2 cups marinara sauce

  • 1/2 cup diced onion

  • 1/2 cup diced bell pepper

  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta: Boil shells according to package, drain and cool.
