  • ½ cup of panko breadcrumbs

  • Instructions

  • Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the macaroni until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Whisk in the flour and stir constantly for about 1 minute until it just begins to brown.
  • Gradually whisk in the milk, stirring until it thickens, around 3-5 minutes.
  • Lower the heat and add in the cheddar and Gruyère cheese, stirring until melted.
  • Stir in the lobster meat, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Add the cooked macaroni to the cheese sauce and stir gently to combine.
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lay the tortillas flat and spoon an even amount of lobster mac and cheese onto each tortilla.
  • Roll the tortillas tightly, tucking in the sides, and place seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
  • Melt a little butter and mix it with the panko breadcrumbs. Sprinkle this mixture over the top of the rolls.
  • Bake for about 25-30 minutes, until the tops are golden and crispy.
