1 of bell pepper (red or green), sliced
1 medium of onion, sliced
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of cornstarch
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 cloves of fresh garlic, minced
Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
Start by cutting your chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces, about 1-inch cubes.
