This classic Tater Tot Casserole is a family favorite made with seasoned ground beef, creamy soup, cheese, and crispy tater tots. It’s the perfect no-fuss comfort food!
Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 small onion, diced

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup

½ cup milk

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots

Salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions

Cook beef: In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.

Mix base: Stir in cream of mushroom soup, milk, salt, and pepper. Heat until combined.

Layer casserole: Spread beef mixture in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle cheese over the top. Arrange tater tots evenly on top.

Bake: Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 35–40 minutes, or until tots are golden and crispy.

Serve: Let cool slightly before serving.
