1/2 cup teriyaki sauce plus more for brushing on the skewers after they’re cooked
Sesame seeds
green onion
cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, combine the chicken chunks and teriyaki sauce, mixing well to coat.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
- Grill or bake the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through.
- Brush with additional teriyaki sauce before serving.
- Garnish with sesame seeds, green onion, and cilantro.
Notes
For best results, marinate the chicken for at least an hour before cooking. You can also soak wooden skewers in water to prevent burning.
