2 lobster tails (about 6–8 ounces each)
4 tablespoons of unsalted butter, melted
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon of paprika
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon of fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C)
Place the lobster tails on a cutting board. Using kitchen scissors, carefully cut the top shell lengthwise from the center of the tail to the end. Gently pull the shell apart and lift the lobster meat out slightly, placing it on top of the shell.
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Generously spoon the garlic butter mixture over the lobster meat.
Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the meat is opaque and the top is slightly browned.
Once done, remove from the oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
