Ingredients

1 lb flank or sirloin steak, thinly sliced

1 bell pepper (red or green), sliced

1 small onion, sliced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp Caribbean all-purpose seasoning (or jerk seasoning)

1 tbsp tomato paste

1/4 cup beef broth or water

2 tbsp vegetable oil

Salt & black pepper, to taste
Instructions

Season steak with salt, pepper, and Caribbean seasoning.

Heat oil in a skillet, sear steak on high heat until browned. Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, sauté onion, garlic, and bell pepper until slightly softened.

Stir in tomato paste, soy sauce, Worcestershire, and broth. Simmer briefly.

Return steak to pan and stir everything together. Simmer for 5–7 minutes.

Serve hot over rice or with plantains for a full Caribbean experience.
