2 cups granulated sugar
4 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powder

2 cups Oreo cookies, roughly chopped
1 cup white chocolate chips
Black and orange sprinkles
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter and sugar until well combined. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition, and then stir in the vanilla extract.
In another bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add this dry mixture into the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
Gently fold in the chopped Oreo pieces until evenly distributed throughout the batter.
Transfer the brownie batter into the prepared pan and spread it out evenly.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
Let them cool in the pan for 15 minutes.
Melt the white chocolate chips and spread over the top of the cooled brownies.
