Bright, zesty, and bursting with fresh veggies, this Mediterranean pasta salad is the ultimate summer side or light main — easy, healthy, and packed with flavor!
Ingredients
- 
2 cups cooked rotini or penne pasta (cooled)
 - 
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
 - 
½ cup cucumber, diced
 - 
½ cup Kalamata olives, halved
 - 
¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
 - 
½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
 - 
2 tablespoons olive oil
 - 
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
 - 
1 teaspoon dried oregano
 - 
Salt and pepper to taste
 - 
Fresh parsley or basil for garnish
 
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, tomatoes, cucumber, olives, onion, and feta.

In a small bowl, whisk olive oil, vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper.
 - 
Pour dressing over salad and toss well.
 - 
Chill for 15–20 minutes before serving, if desired. Garnish with herbs.
