1/2 cup tomato sauce

1 cup shredded goat cheese

Fresh herbs

Red pepper flakes


Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Drain the soaked quinoa and blend it with 1/4 cup of water, baking powder, salt, and olive oil until smooth.
  • Spread the quinoa mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet, forming a pizza crust.
  • Bake the crust in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
