1/4 cup water
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1 cup shredded goat cheese
Fresh herbs

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Drain the soaked quinoa and blend it with 1/4 cup of water, baking powder, salt, and olive oil until smooth.
- Spread the quinoa mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet, forming a pizza crust.
- Bake the crust in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove the crust from the oven, spread tomato sauce over it, and sprinkle with goat cheese and any additional toppings.
- Return to the oven for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Slice and serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs and red pepper flakes if desired.
