24 Oreo cookies, crushed into fine crumbs
5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup sour cream
3 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 tablespoon red food coloring
1 cup whipped cream
Oreos, for decorating
Fresh raspberries or strawberries (optional)
Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreos with the melted butter.
Press this mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan and bake for about 10 minutes.
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until fluffy and smooth.
