Ingredients
- 1 can (20 oz) pineapple chunks, drained
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- ½ cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
2️⃣ Mix sugar, flour, eggs, milk, and vanilla in a bowl until smooth.
3️⃣ Stir in pineapple chunks, then pour mixture into the baking dish.
