Description
These Toasted S’mores Ice Cream Sandwiches deliver classic campfire flavor in a frozen twist. With gooey marshmallows, rich chocolate, graham crackers, and creamy ice cream, they make the ultimate summer dessert.
Ingredients
8 graham cracker squares
1/2 cup marshmallow fluff or toasted marshmallows
1/2 cup chocolate chips, melted
1 pint vanilla or chocolate ice cream
Optional: crushed graham crackers or mini chocolate chips for rolling edges
Instructions
1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Break graham crackers into squares and place 4 of them face up on the sheet.
3. Spread marshmallow fluff (or 2 toasted marshmallows) onto each base cracker.
4. Scoop ice cream onto the marshmallow layer and flatten gently.
5. Drizzle melted chocolate over the ice cream.
6. Top with remaining crackers and press to form sandwiches.
7. Optional: roll the sides in crushed graham crackers or mini chocolate chips.
8. Freeze sandwiches for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
Toast marshmallows with a kitchen torch for extra flavor.
