Ingredients
For the Chicken:

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

1 tbsp olive oil

1 clove garlic, minced

For the Pasta:

8 oz pasta (penne, rotini, or spaghetti)

1 tbsp olive oil

2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved

2 cloves garlic, minced

¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

½ cup fresh basil, chopped

Salt and pepper, to taste

Freshly grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions

Marinate the chicken: In a bowl, mix balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Add chicken and marinate for 15–30 minutes.

Cook the pasta: Boil pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Grill the chicken: Cook marinated chicken on a grill or skillet over medium heat, 5–6 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Let rest, then slice.

Sauté the tomatoes: In a large skillet, heat olive oil. Add garlic and cherry tomatoes, cooking until softened (3–4 minutes).

Combine: Add cooked pasta, fresh basil, salt, pepper, and optional red pepper flakes. Toss gently.

Serve: Plate pasta and top with sliced grilled chicken. Sprinkle with Parmesan if desired.
