Ingredients
• 1 can tuna, drained
• 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
• 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
• 1 celery stalk, finely chopped
• Salt and pepper, to taste
• 4 slices bread (white or whole wheat)
• 4 slices cheddar cheese
• 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix tuna, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, chopped celery, salt, and pepper.
2. Butter one side of each bread slice.
3. Place two slices, buttered side down, on a skillet over medium heat.
4. Layer each with a slice of cheese, half the tuna mixture, then another slice of cheese.
5. Top with remaining bread slices, buttered side up.
6. Cook until bread is golden brown and cheese melts, about 3-4 minutes per side.
7. Remove from skillet, slice, and serve warm.
