1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 cup Greek yogurt (full-fat)
1 medium cucumber, grated and drained
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and chopped
1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Season chicken breasts with oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Sear for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. Let the chicken rest and then slice it thinly.
In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, dill, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt. Mix well and adjust seasoning if necessary.
On your pizza crust, spread a layer of tzatziki sauce as the base. Layer on the sliced chicken.
