  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Prepare the Beef: Trim any excess fat from the beef chuck roast.
  • Sear It Up: Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Season the beef with salt and pepper and sear all sides until browned.
  • Add Aromatics: Remove the beef, add diced onion, sauté until soft, then add minced garlic.
