  • 1/4 cup raisins or dried cranberries (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Prepare your baking dish by greasing it lightly with butter or cooking spray.
  • Core each apple, leaving the bottom intact, and slice into wedges about 3/4 of the way down.
  • Arrange the prepared apples in the greased baking dish.
