Ingredients
Scale
4 cups of chicken broth
2 packs of instant ramen noodles
2 tablespoons of gochujang
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
1 teaspoon of minced garlic
1 teaspoon of grated ginger
1 cup of bok choy
2 chopped green onions
1 lb of flank steak or sirloin
Salt and pepper to taste
½ cup of heavy cream
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of gochujang
1 tablespoon of butter
Instructions
In a bowl, mix the beef with salt, pepper, a tablespoon of soy sauce, and gochujang. Let it marinate while you prepare the other ingredients.
In a pot, bring 4 cups of chicken broth to a boil. Add the instant ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions (usually about 3-4 minutes), then drain and set aside.
In the same pot, add the gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Stir until everything is well combined and fragrant.
Toss in the bok choy (or spinach), and let it wilt for a minute or two while stirring.
In a grill pan or skillet over high heat, melt the butter. Sear the marinated beef for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until it reaches your desired doneness. Remove from heat and slice into strips.
In the same skillet you cooked the beef, lower the heat, and add the heavy cream, remaining gochujang, and soy sauce. Stir until smooth and combined.
Gently mix the cooked ramen noodles into the broth mixture. Let it sit for an extra minute to absorb some of those spicy flavors.
Ladle the ramen into bowls. Top with grilled beef strips, drizzle the creamy sauce over everything, and sprinkle with chopped green onions. Serve steaming hot!
