  • 1 tablespoon of butter

  • Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix the beef with salt, pepper, a tablespoon of soy sauce, and gochujang. Let it marinate while you prepare the other ingredients.
  • In a pot, bring 4 cups of chicken broth to a boil. Add the instant ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions (usually about 3-4 minutes), then drain and set aside.
  • In the same pot, add the gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Stir until everything is well combined and fragrant.
  • Toss in the bok choy (or spinach), and let it wilt for a minute or two while stirring.
  • In a grill pan or skillet over high heat, melt the butter. Sear the marinated beef for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until it reaches your desired doneness. Remove from heat and slice into strips.
  • In the same skillet you cooked the beef, lower the heat, and add the heavy cream, remaining gochujang, and soy sauce. Stir until smooth and combined.
  • Gently mix the cooked ramen noodles into the broth mixture. Let it sit for an extra minute to absorb some of those spicy flavors.
  • Ladle the ramen into bowls. Top with grilled beef strips, drizzle the creamy sauce over everything, and sprinkle with chopped green onions. Serve steaming hot!
