  • In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and salt. Add the foamy yeast mixture and olive oil. Stir until a ball forms.
  • Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth. Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
  • Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  • Prepare your fillings by sautéing any vegetables until tender and cooking any meats thoroughly.
  • Once the dough has risen, punch it down and roll out one half into a large circle to fit your pie dish.
  • Grease your pie dish, place the rolled dough into it, spread marinara sauce, layer half the mozzarella, dollops of ricotta, and your chosen fillings. Add the remaining mozzarella and sprinkle with Parmesan.
