Ingredients

2 cups of white chocolate chips
1 tablespoon of coconut oil
1/4 cup of freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
1/4 cup of mini marshmallows
Pink sprinkles or hearts, to taste
Optional: A pinch of sea salt
Instructions
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring between each interval until smooth.
Once melted, remove from the microwave and stir in a pinch of sea salt, if using.
Gently fold in the crushed freeze-dried strawberries and mini marshmallows.
Line a 9×13 inch baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour the melted chocolate mixture onto the parchment and spread it into an even layer.
While the chocolate is still soft, sprinkle the pink sprinkles or heart shapes on top.
Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 30-45 minutes, or until the chocolate is fully set.
Once set, remove the bark from the fridge and peel it off the parchment paper. Break it into pieces or cut it into squares.
