  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup of freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
  • 1/4 cup of mini marshmallows
  • Pink sprinkles or hearts, to taste
  • Optional: A pinch of sea salt

  • Instructions

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring between each interval until smooth.
  • Once melted, remove from the microwave and stir in a pinch of sea salt, if using.
  • Gently fold in the crushed freeze-dried strawberries and mini marshmallows.
  • Line a 9×13 inch baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour the melted chocolate mixture onto the parchment and spread it into an even layer.
  • While the chocolate is still soft, sprinkle the pink sprinkles or heart shapes on top.
  • Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 30-45 minutes, or until the chocolate is fully set.
  • Once set, remove the bark from the fridge and peel it off the parchment paper. Break it into pieces or cut it into squares.
