2 cups chopped broccoli
1 cup diced bell peppers
1 cup sliced carrots
1 cup zucchini diced
1 can 15 oz diced tomatoes
1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or mozzarella
1 cup cream or milk
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, diced bell peppers, sliced carrots, diced zucchini, and diced tomatoes.
- Add the cream or milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the vegetable mixture. Stir until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the vegetables are tender and the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
