2 cups of rolled oats
1 cup of milk (dairy or non-dairy)
1 cup of pumpkin puree
½ cup of maple syrup or honey
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 teaspoon of baking powder

½ teaspoon of ground nutmeg
½ teaspoon of salt
