4 cups (608 g) diced seedless watermelon
2 cups (480 ml) pomegranate juice
⅔ cup (200 g) sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
- Blend the diced watermelon in a blender until smooth.
- In a large bowl, combine the watermelon puree with pomegranate juice and sweetened condensed milk.
- Pour the mixture into a shallow dish and freeze for about 30 minutes.
- Stir the mixture every 10 minutes until it reaches a sorbet consistency.
Notes
For a smoother texture, you can blend the mixture again after freezing and before serving.
