8 ounces white chocolate, chopped

Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and powdered sugar. Add the chilled butter and mix using your fingertips until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Stir in the egg yolk until just combined. If the dough feels too dry, add a tablespoon of ice water.
Shape the dough into a disk, wrap in plastic, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough into a circle large enough to fit your tart pan. Transfer it to your tart pan, pressing it into the corners.
