1 tablespoon lemon zest
1 ½ cups white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add in the eggs, vanilla extract, lemon juice, and lemon zest; mix until well combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips.
- Scoop tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them a few inches apart.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. Allow them to cool on the sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
