Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, cream the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Add in the eggs, vanilla extract, lemon juice, and lemon zest; mix until well combined.

  • Fold in the white chocolate chips.
