2 (8 oz) packages of cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 large eggs
1 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Food coloring (green and black)
Chocolate spiders (or any spooky candy available)
Whipped cream (optional)
Pretzels for the “broomsticks” (optional)
Instructions
Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
Prepare the Crust: Combine the crushed digestive biscuits, melted butter, and sugar. Mix well until it resembles wet sand.
Press the Crust: Firmly press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for about 10 minutes, then cool.
