  • 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
  • 4 burger buns
  • 2 cups of green cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup of carrots, grated
  • 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons of ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon of hot sauce (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, apple cider vinegar, hot sauce, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well blended. Toss in cabbage and carrots, and mix until coated. Let it sit in the fridge while preparing the burgers.
