  • ⅔ cup sour cream
  • ⅓ cup heavy cream
  • ¾ cup pecans, toasted and roughly chopped
  • ½ cup browned butter

  • Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and brown sugar. Pour in the melted butter and mix until everything is well combined and resembles wet sand.
  • Firmly press the crumb mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for about 10 minutes, or until golden. Let it cool.
  • In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with a hand mixer on medium speed until smooth and creamy, about 2 minutes. Scrape down the sides of the bowl.
