Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 tsp Italian seasoning

2 tbsp olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup chicken broth

¾ cup heavy cream

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tbsp butter

Optional: chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions

Season and sear: Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until golden. Remove and set aside.

Sauté garlic: In the same skillet, add butter and garlic. Sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.

Make sauce: Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Stir in cream and Parmesan. Simmer until sauce thickens slightly.

Finish chicken: Return chicken to the skillet and simmer for 7–10 minutes, spooning sauce over top.

Serve: Garnish with parsley and serve with pasta, rice, or mashed potatoes.
