-
½ tsp paprika
-
Salt & pepper, to taste
-
Oil for pan-frying
-
1 head Romaine lettuce, chopped
-
½ cup shaved or grated Parmesan cheese
-
1 cup croutons
For the Dressing (or use store-bought Caesar):

½ cup mayonnaise
-
1 tsp Dijon mustard
-
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
-
1 garlic clove, minced
-
2 tbsp lemon juice

¼ cup grated Parmesan
-
Salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions
-
Prepare chicken: Flatten chicken breasts slightly. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Dredge in flour, dip in egg, then coat with panko.
-
Cook chicken: Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken until golden and crispy, about 4–5 minutes per side. Let rest, then slice.
-
Make dressing: Mix all dressing ingredients in a bowl until smooth. Thin with a splash of water if needed.
-
Assemble salad: In a large bowl, combine lettuce, croutons, and Parmesan. Drizzle with dressing and toss.
-
Top & serve: Add sliced crispy chicken on top and an extra sprinkle of Parmesan. Serve immediately.
Notes
-
Air fryer option: Cook breaded chicken at 400°F (200°C) for 12–15 minutes.
-
Make it lighter: Use Greek yogurt in place of mayo for the dressing.
-
