Ingredients
For the Salad:

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

For the Dressing (or use store-bought Caesar):

1 tsp Dijon mustard

2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

ΒΌ cup grated Parmesan

Salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions

Prepare chicken: Flatten chicken breasts slightly. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Dredge in flour, dip in egg, then coat with panko.

Cook chicken: Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken until golden and crispy, about 4β5 minutes per side. Let rest, then slice.

Make dressing: Mix all dressing ingredients in a bowl until smooth. Thin with a splash of water if needed.
