1 cup of diced ripe tomatoes
1 ripe avocado, diced
1/2 cup of crumbled feta cheese
1/4 cup of chopped fresh basil leaves
2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon of extra-virgin olive oil
1 clove of minced garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
1 French baguette, sliced
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange the slices of baguette on a baking sheet. Brush lightly with olive oil and a sprinkle of salt. Bake for about 5-7 minutes until crispy and fragrant.
In a large bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, avocado, feta cheese, basil, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and garlic. Gently stir to combine.
