Description
S’mores Crack combines the best of graham crackers, melted chocolate, and gooey marshmallows in a crunchy, caramel-coated bar that’s addictive and easy to make.
Ingredients
1 sleeve graham crackers (about 9 full sheets)
1 cup unsalted butter
1 cup brown sugar, packed
2 cups mini marshmallows
1 1/2 cups milk or semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup crushed graham crackers (optional topping)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with foil and lightly grease.
2. Arrange graham crackers in a single layer across the bottom of the pan.
3. In a saucepan, melt butter and brown sugar over medium heat. Stir constantly until it boils. Boil for 3 minutes.
4. Pour the hot caramel over the graham crackers and spread evenly.
5. Bake for 7 minutes.
6. Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle with chocolate chips. Let sit for 1–2 minutes until melted, then spread evenly.
7. Top with marshmallows and return to the oven for 3–5 minutes until golden and puffy.
8. Sprinkle with crushed graham crackers if using.
9. Cool completely, then chill in the fridge for 1 hour before slicing into pieces.
Notes
For a twist, use peanut butter chips or add crushed pretzels.
Use a hot knife to slice clean bars.
